Festive Meal with Custom Menu

Please choose one menu for your entire group 20 person minimum; can accommodate over 125

ONE MEAT: Herb chicken: boneless breast marinated in a vegetable/herb medley and slow baked for melt-in-your-mouth flavor.
Smoked ham in orange/cranberry sauce

TWO VEGETABLES: Potatoes ( baked – or – cubed and roasted with herbs – or – creamed); Italian green beans, copper pennies (cold marinated carrots – yum!), hot carrots in butter sauce, corn pudding, baked beans, broccoli casserole.

ONE SALAD: Garden salad with cheese and French or Ranch dressing, frozen fruit salad, strawberry-pretzel salad (a Falcon Rest specialty), sweet ‘n sour cole slaw (the Gent’s Mam-ma’s recipe)

ONE DESSERT: Double chocolate cake, pineapple upside-down cake, strawberry cake with white frosting and strawberry topping; Black Forest cake, pecan pie, double chocolate cake, peach cobbler, lemon snow cake, banana pudding

Served with rolls, iced tea, and Falcon Rest’s famous pink lemonade.

$24.00 person; use of private room up to 3 hours.
Choice of two meats, $1 extra per person; numbers for each choice required in advance.
Buffet meals available for groups of 30 or more, with 2 meats, 3 vegetables, salad and 2 desserts: $25 per person.


Gourmet Basket

for smaller groups or a lighter meal

Choice of gourmet chicken salad or ham and cheese melt on a croissant,
served with French-fried sweet potatoes, frozen fruit salad, cheesecake brownie.
Served in a basket with choice of iced tea, coffee, and Falcon Rest’s famous pink lemonade.

Basket lunch event in the Victorian Tea Room, located in the Visitor Center next to the gift shop: 
$12.50 per person.  (No minimum number, maximum 30,  up to 2 hours.)

Victorian Afternoon Tea

for Bridal and Baby Showers, Anniversary Parties

Cinnamon Cream Scones with Cream, Jam and Lemon Curd
Tea Sandwiches  Assorted Sweets  Seasonal Fruit  Hot and Iced Tea,
Coffee, and Famous Pink Lemonade

Victorian Tea $20 per person; Private area in the Victorian Tea Room with 15 or more, up to 2 hours.
(30 or more guests will be served in the Victorian Carriage House Banquet Hall)

Basket lunch offered for individuals in the Victorian Tea Room.
11-2 pm Wednesday through Sunday.
No reservation required (though requested for groups or 8 or more)
